Performing Arts

Our Program - With a full stage on site, the performing arts program at MSAE allows for students to experience the world of theatre in a number of ways. Students participate in all areas of production including performance, set design, costuming, sound and more. 

 

Our Teacher - Mia Ridling is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance. She has over five years of experience working with young people including as a teaching assistant in the Chattahoochee High School theatre department. Mia is also an alumnus of MSAE and a graduate of our first Adolescent class!

Mia's passion and love for all things drama shows in the work she does with the children. Having put on five productions with us since joining our team, from Rainbow Fish with our Lower Elementary to Little Women with our Adolescent class, her ability to bring drama to life across a variety of age groups is remarkable.
